摘要
目的分析临床护理路径用于开展超声乳化手术的大批量老年性白内障患者健康教育中的作用。方法方便选取2022年1—12月广东省中山市中医院收治的开展超声乳化手术的大批量老年性白内障患者198例作为研究对象,经随机数表法分成对照组(按常规开展健康教育)、观察组(通过临床护理路径开展健康教育),每组99例。比较两组遵医行为、自护能力评定量表得分以及满意度情况。结果观察组坚持用药、按时检查、合理饮食、定期复查以及避免诱发因素占比为96.97%、95.96%、94.95%、95.96%、93.94%均高于对照组的75.76%、72.73%、74.75%、70.71%、68.69%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.912、20.232、15.714、22.727、20.774,P<0.05)。干预前,两组健康知识、自我概念、自护技能和自护责任感方面评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组自护能力评定量表各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度为98.99%,高于对照组的90.91%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.740,P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径用于开展超声乳化手术的大批量老年性白内障患者健康教育中效果理想,能改善其遵医行为,提升其自护能力和满意度。
Objective To analyze the role of clinical nursing pathway in health education for a large number of senile cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification.Methods A total of 198 patients with senile cataract undergoing phacoemulsification surgery in Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Guangdong Province from January to December 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(routine health education)and observation group(health education through clinical nursing path)by random number table method,with 99 cases in each group.Compliance behavior,Self-care Ability Rating Scale score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The proportion of adherence to medication,regular examination,reasonable diet,regular review and avoidance of induced factors in the observation group was 96.97%,95.96%,94.95%,95.96% and 93.94%,which were higher than those in the control group(75.76%,72.73%,74.75%,70.71%and 68.69%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=18.912,20.232,15.714,22.727,20.774,P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in health knowledge,self-concept,self-care skills and self-care responsibility scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of the Self-care Ability Rating Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was 98.99%,which was higher than that of control group 90.91%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.740,P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway has ideal effect in health education for a large number of elderly cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification surgery,which can improve their compliance behavior,enhance their self-care ability and satisfaction.
