摘要
目的分析感恩拓延-建构理论模型护理对先兆流产患者睡眠质量及心理状态的影响。方法随机选取2021年10月—2022年10月南安市中医院收治的60例先兆流产患者,按照随机数表法分成对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组接受常规护理干预,研究组则在常规护理的同时,为其提供感恩拓延-建构理论模型护理干预;比较两组的睡眠质量、心理状态。结果研究组护理后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分为(8.17±1.06)分,显著低于对照组的(10.62±1.63)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.902,P<0.05);研究组护理后的抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为先兆流产患者提供感恩拓延-建构理论模型能让其睡眠质量显著提高,并对其心理状态进行显著改善,让其不良情绪有效减轻,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of gratitude extension and construction theory model nursing on sleep quality and mental state of patients with threatened abortion.Methods Sixty patients with threatened abortion,all of whom were admitted to Nan'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group and study group,according to the random number table,with thirty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the study group was provided with gratitude extension and construction theory model nursing intervention.The sleep quality and mental state of the two groups were compared.Results The PSQI score of the study group after nursing was(8.17±1.06)points,significantly lower than that of the control group(10.62±1.63)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.902,P<0.05).The SDS scores and SAS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing gratitude extension and construction theory model for patients with threatened abortion can significantly improve their sleep quality,significantly improve their psychological state,and effectively reduce their adverse emotions,which has clinical promotion value.
