摘要
根据云境澜湾小区一标段工程概况,分析了叠合板施工难点,介绍了装配式混凝土叠合板的施工工艺原理,从多方面详细阐述装配式混凝土叠合板施工技术。实践表明,该技术能有效解决叠合板运输与吊运易开裂、安装就位难度大和板底高程难调整等施工难题,为类似项目积累一定的经验。
This paper addresses the challenges encountered during the construction of composite panels in the first section of Yunjing Lanwan Community.It analyzes the difficulties faced in the construction process and introduces the process principles of prefabricated concrete composite panels.The construction technology of prefabricated concrete composite panels is elaborated on from multiple perspectives.Practical experience demonstrates that this technology effectively resolves construction issues such as cracking during transportation and lifting of laminated boards,installation and positioning difficulties,and challenges in adjusting the bottom elevation of the boards.The accumulated experience serves as a valuable resource for similar projects within the company.
