摘要
为建立表面粗糙度参数对光泽度的影响关系,从后者的测量方法和原理出发,详细分析了粗糙表面消光的机理,引人光泽度计算方法,考察了相干长度和表面高度起伏均方差对光泽度的影响,结果表明随着表面高度起伏均方差在小于波长的范围内增大,表面光泽度迅速降低;而伴随相干长度以及入射角的增大,光泽度增大。相关方法和结论对后续建立光泽与表面细微结构特征之间的联系,进而通过控制细微的结构实现对光泽的调整具有基础意义。
In order to establish the influence relationship between surface roughness parameters and surface gloss,starting from the measurement method and principle of the latter,the extinction mechanism of rough surface is analyzed in detail,the glossiness calculation method is introduced,and the influence of the coherence length and the mean square deviation of surface height fluctuation on surface gloss is investigated.The results show that the surface gloss decreases rapidly as the mean square deviation of surface height fluctuation increasing in the range less than the wavelength.With the increasing of coherent length and incident angle,the surface gloss increases ac-cordingly.The relevant methods and conclusions are of fundamental significance for the subsequent establishment of the relationship between the gloss and the fine structure characteristics of the surface,so as to achieve the adjust-ment of the gloss by controlling the fine structure.
