摘要
针对长隧道及特长隧道内因各种交通事件导致交通拥堵、事故频发问题的日益严重,提出一种基于双光谱、多目标雷达、光纤振动等技术手段,通过实时收集各类交通运行参数,对全线交通流的变化进行监测,实现事故检测和交通参数检测等,在发生交通事故时,可及时采取措施,疏导阻塞,平滑交通量,以达到减少车辆排队、畅通交通、避免隧道内二次事故发生的目的。
For long tunnel and special tunnel internal cause various traffic events lead to traffic congestion,frequent accidents increasingly serious problems,put forward a technology based on double spectrum,multi-target radar,optical fiber vibration,through real-time collection of traffic parameters,monitoring the change of the traffic flow,accident detection and traffic parameter detection,etc.,timely measures,congestion,smooth traffic,in order to reduce traffic queuing,traffic,avoid secondary accidents in the tunnel.
