摘要
目的探讨Kinect体感交互技术对低视力儿童康复的效果。方法选择2021年5月至2022年5月从泉州特殊教育学校筛查60例低视力儿童,按随机数字表法分成观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。两组患儿均给予常规视觉康复和感统训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用Kinect体感交互技术强化训练。评估两组患儿训练前后低视力生活质量量表中文版(CLVQOL)各项分值,采用配对样本t检验对结果进行统计学分析。结果训练前,两组患儿CLVQOL各项评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。连续训练6个月后,观察组患儿CLVQOL各项评分均高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用Kinect体感交互技术实现的感觉统合训练能够提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of somatosensory interaction technology on the rehabilitation of low vision children.Methods From May 2021 to May 2022,60 children with low vision were screened in Quanzhou Special Education School.According to the random number table method,60 children were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).All the children in the two groups were treated with conventional visual rehabilitation and sensorimotor training,while in the observation group,on the basis of the control group,Kinect somatosensory interaction technique was added to strengthen the training.The Chinese version of low Vision Quality of Life Scale(CLVQOL)was evaluated before and after training,and the results were statistically analyzed by paired sample T-test.Results Before training,there was no statistical significance in CLVQOL scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of continuous intervention,the scores of CLVQOL in the observation group were all higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The sensory integration training realized by kinect could improve their quality of life.
