摘要
目的 研究对比非布司他、苯溴马隆治疗痛风合并高尿酸血症的临床效果。方法 选取2021年8月—2023年2月盱眙县人民医院收治的205例痛风合并高尿酸血症患者,采取随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=103)和参照组(n=102),参照组采用苯溴马隆治疗,研究组采用非布司他治疗。最后收集并分析患者的痛风症状指标、生化指标、炎症因子指标、不良反应情况等数据。结果 研究组痛风症状各项指标数据低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组生化指标数据低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组炎症因子指标数据低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 在针对痛风合并高尿酸血症进行治疗时,选择非布司他治疗能够获得更好的效果,能够有效降低患者血尿酸水平,并具有较高的安全性,建议在实际治疗中借鉴。
Objective To compare clinical effect of febuxostat and benzbromarone in treatment of gout combined with hyperuricemia.Methods The paper chose 205 patients with gout combined with hyperuricemia admitted to Xuyi County People's Hospital from August 2021 to February 2023,and divided them into study group(n=103)and reference group(n=102)with random number table method.Reference group was treated with benzbromarone,while study group with febuxostat.Finally,data of symptoms,biochemical indicators,inflammatory factor indicators,and adverse reactions of patients with gout were collected and analyzed.Results Indicators of gout symptoms in study group were lower than reference group(P<0.05).biochemical index data of study group was lower than reference group(P<0.05).inflammatory factor index data of study group was lower than reference group(P<0.05).adverse reactions in study group were lower than reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Febuxostat treatment can achieve better effect in treatment of gout combined with hyperuricemia,can reduce blood uric acid levels effectively with high safety,which is worthy of reference in practical treatment.
