摘要
目的探讨BLX镍钛机扩器械根管预备在一次性根管治疗中对患者疼痛和根管预备时间的影响。方法选择2020年5月—2022年5月本院收治的125例需要进行一次性根管治疗的患者进行研究,将其随机分成对照组(60例)与实验组(65例),对照组应用不锈钢K型锉根管预备,实验组应用BLX镍钛机扩器械根管预备,对比两组根管恰填率、根管预备时间、根管急症发生率、根管治疗疼痛情况。结果对照组平均根管预备时间比实验组长,根管恰填率低于实验组,而根管急症发生率则高于实验组,组间数据差对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组疼痛感分级1级、2级、3级总和疼痛发生率比实验组高,组间数据差对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受一次性根管治疗的患者使用BLX镍钛机扩器械根管预备可以大大提高根管恰填率,缩短根管预备时间和降低疼痛感,具有较好的应用前景。
Objective To investigate effect of BLX nickel titanium machine expansion instrument for pain and root canal preparation time of patient with in one-time root canal treatment.Methods The paper chose 125 patients with one-time root canal treatment from May 2020 to May 2022 for study,and divided them into control group(60 cases)and experimental group(65 cases)randomly.Control group was treated with stainless steel K-shaped file root canal preparation,while experimental group with BLX nickel titanium machine expansion instrument root canal preparation.Root canal filling rate,preparation time,incidence of root canal emergencies,and pain during root canal treatment was compared between two groups.Results Average root canal preparation time of control group was shorter than experimental group,and root canal filling rate was lower than experimental group.Incidence of root canal emergencies was higher than experimental group,data difference between the groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.Total incidence of pain in control group at levels 1,2,and 3 was higher than experimental group,data difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion BLX nickel titanium machine can greatly improve root canal filling rate,shorten root canal preparation time,and reduce pain for root canal preparation of patients with one-time root canal treatment,with good application prospects.
