摘要
目的:评价分析在输血相容性检测过程中全自动血型分析仪的应用价值。方法:选取2020年1月~2022年12月本院输血科收取的80份血液样本,分别使用全自动血型分析系统与手工方法,对80份血液样本展开输血相容性检验,对比分析检验结果。结果:(1)血型鉴定。全自动血型分析系统的ABO血型一次性判读有效性达到98.75%,RhD血型一次性判读有效性达到100%,而试管法ABO血型检验有效性达到100%,RhD血型检验有效性达到100%;(2)全自动血型分析仪不相合共计3例,占比达到3.75%;凝聚胺方法配血不相合共计2例,占比达到2.50%;(3)全自动血型分析仪器共检出4例不规则抗体,阳性检出率达到5.00%,而凝聚胺方法共检出3例不规则抗体,阳性检出率为3.75%。全自动血型分析仪器与凝聚胺方法不规则抗体筛查结果平衡关系明显(P>0.05)。结论:在输血相容性检测过程中,全自动血型系统可取代手工检测方法,因其操作简单方便,结果有效性、灵敏度比较高,能够保证临床输血安全。
Objective:To evaluate the application value of a fully automated blood group analyzer in blood transfusion compatibility testing.Methods:80 blood samples collected from our hospital’s transfusion clinic were selected,with a time distribution range of January 2020 to December 2022.The fully automated blood group analysis system and manual methods were used to perform transfusion compatibility tests on 80 blood samples,and the test results were compared and analyzed.Results:①Blood type identification.The effectiveness of the ABO blood type one-time interpretation of the fully automated blood type analysis system reaches 98.75%,and the RhD blood type one-time interpretation reaches 100%.However,the effectiveness of the in vitro ABO blood type test reaches 100%,and the RhD blood type test reaches 100%;②There were a total of 3 cases of mismatched automatic blood type analyzers,accounting for 3.75%;There were 2 cases of mismatched blood matching using the condensed amine method,accounting for 2.50%;③A total of 4 cases of irregular antibodies were detected by the fully automated blood group analysis instrument,with a positive detection rate of 5.00%.However,the polyamine method detected a total of 3 cases of irregular antibodies,with a positive detection rate of 3.75%.There is a significant balance between the results of automatic blood group analysis instruments and the polyamine method for irregular antibody screening(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the process of blood transfusion compatibility testing,the fully automatic blood type system can replace manual detection methods.Due to its simple and convenient operation,high effectiveness and sensitivity of results,it can ensure the safety of clinical blood transfusion.
