摘要
目的:分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并呼吸衰竭患者应用电子支气管镜联合有创-无创序贯机械通气治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年9月~2022年9月到本院接受诊治的COPD并呼吸衰竭患者作为样本,分别为常规组28例与研究组28例,其中常规组患者采用有创-无创序贯机械通气治疗,研究组患者采用电子支气管镜联合有创-无创序贯机械通气治疗,对比组间临床治疗效果。结果:研究组总有效率显著高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组患者的炎性因子水平明显低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组患者的血气指标、肺功能指标、生活质量得到明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:对于COPD并呼吸衰竭患者来说,应采用电子支气管镜联合有创-无创序贯机械通气的方式予以干预,能够对患者的血气指标及肺功能指标进行有效改善,提高患者生活质量与临床治疗效果,对降低患者PCT与hs-CRP等炎症因子水平指标具有积极影响。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of electronic bronchoscope combined with invasive non-invasive sequential mechanical ventilation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and respiratory failure.Methods:The patients with COPD and respiratory failure who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the samples for this study.They were 28 patients in the conventional group and 28 patients in the study group.The patients in the conventional group were treated with invasive non-invasive sequential mechanical ventilation,and the patients in the study group were treated with electronic bronchoscope combined with invasive non-invasive sequential mechanical ventilation,and the clinical treatment was compared between the groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05);The level of inflammatory factors in the study group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05);The blood gas index,pulmonary function index and quality of life of patients in the study group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:For COPD patients with respiratory failure,electronic bronchoscope combined with invasive non-invasive sequential mechanical ventilation should be used for intervention,which can effectively improve the blood gas indicators and pulmonary function indicators of patients,improve the quality of life and clinical treatment effect of patients,and have a positive impact on reducing the level of inflammatory factors such as PCT and hs-CRP.
