摘要
目的:探讨对单侧内翻畸形合并膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用3D打印截骨导板辅助膝关节置换术完成治疗后获得临床效果。方法:选取2020年3月~2023年3月本院收治的56例单侧内翻畸形合并膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象。以数字奇偶法作为治疗研究分组依据,展开所有单侧内翻畸形合并膝关节骨性关节炎患者不同组别划分;其中施以全膝关节置换术的设为对照组(n=28);施以3D打印截骨导板辅助膝关节置换术治疗的设为观察组(n=28);对比两组患者治疗结果。结果:观察组单侧内翻畸形合并膝关节骨性关节炎患者手术时间相较于对照组,缩短程度明显(P<0.05);观察组单侧内翻畸形合并膝关节骨性关节炎患者术中以及术后整体出血量相较于对照组,呈现出显著减少(P<0.05);剩余指标观察组相较于对照组均无差异(P>0.05)。结论:临床对单侧内翻畸形合并膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用3D打印截骨导板辅助膝关节置换术完成治疗后,可将患者的术中以及术后整体出血量显著减少,将手术时间有效缩短,可促进单侧内翻畸形合并膝关节骨性关节炎患者的良好预后。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of 3D printed osteotomy plate assisted knee replacement for patients with unilateral varus deformity complicated with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:56 patients with unilateral varus deformity combined with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.All patients with unilateral varus deformity combined with knee osteoarthritis were divided into different groups based on digital parity method.The control group underwent total knee arthroplasty(n=28).The study group(n=28)underwent 3D-printed osteotomy plates to assist knee replacement.The treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the operation time of patients with unilateral varus deformity combined with knee osteoarthritis in the study group was significantly shortened(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total intraoperative and postoperative blood loss of patients with unilateral varus deformity combined with knee osteoarthritis in the study group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).There was no difference in the remaining indexes between the study group and the reference group(P>0.05).Conclusion:After the clinical treatment of patients with unilateral varus deformity combined with knee osteoarthritis by using 3D printed osteotomy plate,the overall intraoperative and postoperative blood loss of patients can be significantly reduced,and the operative time can be effectively shortened,which can promote the good prognosis of patients with unilateral varus deformity combined with knee osteoarthritis.
