恒温超声雾化联合睑板腺按摩治疗干眼症的效果分析 被引量:3

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Constant Temperature Ultrasound Nebulization Combined with Meibomian Gland Massage on Dry Eye Syndrome

摘要 目的:探讨恒温超声雾化联合睑板腺按摩治疗干眼症的临床效果。方法:研究以干眼症患者为观察对象,研究期共3年(2020年5月~2023年5月),完成观察对象筛取后,入组即接受病案的常规性治疗(局部按摩),再进行随机处理,筛取50例作为观察组,在睑板腺按摩治疗的基础上给予恒温超声雾化治疗,剩余患者作为对照组,总结不同治疗方案的临床优劣势。结果:经治疗,观察组中患者泪液分泌长度、泪膜破裂时间高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中患者脂质层厚度、睑板腺图像评分、干眼症问卷评分、眼表疾病指数量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对研究描述的病案,展开恒温超声雾化联合睑板腺按摩联合治疗措施,可更加鲜活、明确地反馈出效果,改善干眼症状,提升眼部舒适度,促进泪膜恢复,效果显著,推荐参考使用。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of constant temperature ultrasound nebulization combined with meibomian gland massage in the treatment of dry eye.Methods:A total of 100 patients with dry eye syndrome were enrolled in the study,who were admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to May 2023.After enrollment,they were randomly divided into two groups:one group received constant temperature ultrasound atomization combined with meibomian gland massage treatment(observation group,n=50),and the other group received meibomian gland massage treatment(control group,n=50).The clinical advantages and disadvantages of different treatment plans were summarized.Results:After treatment,the length of tear secretion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The tear film rupture time of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The lipid layer thickness of patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The image score of the meibomian gland in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The dry eye questionnaire score and eye surface disease index scale score of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the research description of the medical record,a combination of constant temperature ultrasound atomization and meibomian gland massage treatment was carried out,demonstrating a clear therapeutic effect,improving dry eye symptoms,enhancing eye comfort,promoting tear film recovery,and achieving significant results.It is recommended for reference use.
