两株内生镰刀菌对甘蓝产量及根际微生物的影响

Two Endophytic Fusarium Applications Improve Yield and Rhizosphere Microflora of Cabbage

摘要 以中甘21(易感黄萎病和黑腐病)、满月56(抗枯萎病)、喜美(抗黄萎病和黑腐病)为试材,研究了内生黄色镰刀菌(Fusarium culmorum,F.c)和假禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium pseudograminearum,F.p)对春、秋茬甘蓝产量,根际土壤养分及微生物类群和多样性的影响。结果表明:不同菌剂处理对3个甘蓝品种的春茬产量均无显著影响;但显著提高了中甘21秋茬产量,而对满月56和喜美的秋茬产量亦无显著影响。2个抗病甘蓝品种根际土壤4类可培养微生物数量大多显著高于不抗病品种中甘21;施用微生物菌剂可以显著提高中甘21根际土壤细菌、放线菌、氨化细菌、固氮菌数量,且改善了根际土壤细菌和真菌群落结构。综上,2株内生镰刀菌通过调控根际土壤微生物类群、多样性以及养分指标重塑了根际健康,对甘蓝连作障碍有显著的缓解效果,是制备微生物肥料的潜在植物益生菌。 Spring and autumn field experiments were conducted to investigate the impacts of two endophytic strains of Fusarium culmorum(F.c)and Fusarium pseudograminearum(F.p)on yields,rhizospere soil nutrients,microbial populations and bacterial diversity of three cabbage varieties(‘Zhonggan 21’is susceptible to verticillium wilt and black rot,‘Manyue 56’is resistant to wilt,‘Ximei’is resistant to verticillium wilt and black rot).The results showed that the different fungicides had no significant effect on the spring yields of 3 cabbage varieties,but significantly increased the autumn yield of‘Zhonggan 21’,and had no significant effect on the autumn yield of‘Manyue 56’and‘Ximei’.Particularly,the number of culturable microbial populations in the rhizosphere soil of‘Manyue 56’and‘Ximei’was bigger than that of‘Zhonggan 21’.However,microbial agent applications can significantly increase the number of bacteria,actinomycetes,ammonifying bacteria,and nitrogen fixing bacteria,and improve the community structure of bacteria and fungi in the rhizosphere soil of‘Zhonggan 21’.In general,the two endophytic Fusarium strains could reshape rhizosphere health by regulating the microbial community,diversity,and nutrient indicators in the rhizosphere soil to alleviate the obstacles on continuous cropping in cabbage.In conclusion,Fusarium culmorum and Fusarium pseudograminearum might act as a promising plant probiotics for the preparation of microbial fertilizers.
