摘要 大型水电站主变压器的冷却方式一般为强迫油循环水冷,冷却器的油泵与水阀电机由主变冷却器控制系统实现循环控制、故障告警与切除等功能。传统主变冷却器开启流程可能出现技术供水阀门打开后,冷却器水箱先充水、再开启冷却器油泵与水阀的情况。水箱充水瞬间,由于水路为密闭的空间产生水锤效应,对水阀、水箱及管道造成较大压力,存在水阀受损、水箱焊缝破裂等安全隐患。为确保主变冷却器持续稳定、安全运行,本文提出一种新的冷却器控制模式,可有效减小此水锤效应。 The cooling of the main transformer in large hydropower stations usually adopts a forced oil circulation water cooling method,in which the oil pump and water valve motor of the cooler are controlled by the control system to realize the circulation control,fault alarm and disconnection functions.During the opening process of traditional coolers,the cooler water tank may be filled first and the cooler oil pump and water valve are opened later when the technical water supply valve is opened.At the moment that the water tank is filled,water hammer effect may be generated due to the closed space of the water circuit,which may cause significant pressure on the water valve,water tank and pipelines and safety hazards such as damage of the water valve and cracking of the tank weld seams.To ensure the continuous and safe operation of the main transformer cooler,a new control mode of the cooler is proposed,which can effectively reduce the water hammer effect.
