摘要
红色档案资源是中国共产党团结带领人民群众进行社会主义革命和建设的历史凭证,是共产党人初心使命的有力见证。以漯河市红色档案资源开发利用实践为基础,从构建制度体系、充实资源体系、打造协同体系、丰富利用体系、夯实人才体系等方面探索构建漯河市红色档案资源体系,以期把红色档案资源保管好、利用好,把红色文化弘扬好、传承好。
The red archives resources are the historical evidence that the Communist Party of China unites and leads the people to carry out the socialist revolution and construction,and are a powerful witness of the original mission of the Communists.Based on the practice of development and utilization of red archives resources in Luohe,the paper explores the paths of constructing the system of red archive resources in Luohe from the aspects of constructing the institutional system,enriching the resource system,creating the collaborative system,enriching the utilization system,and consolidating the talent system so as to keep and utilize the red archives resources,carry forward and inherit the red culture well.
