摘要
目的:了解老年冠心病病人技术接受及电子健康素养水平,并探索两者之间的关系。方法:采用一般资料问卷、简版老年技术接受模型问卷和电子健康素养量表对上海市2所三级甲等医院的333例老年冠心病住院病人进行调查。结果:老年冠心病病人电子健康素养总分为(23.35±9.85)分,技术接受的态度信念、控制信念、老年技术焦虑和健康状况各维度得分分别为(7.35±2.24)分、(6.80±1.89)分、(5.63±2.55)分和(7.84±1.14)分;技术接受与电子健康素养相关(P<0.05);分层回归分析结果显示,态度信念、控制信念、老年技术焦虑和教育程度是电子健康素养的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:老年冠心病病人电子健康素养处于较低水平,态度信念、控制信念、受教育程度能正向预测电子健康素养,老年技术焦虑能负向预测电子健康素养,提示护理人员可通过改善老年冠心病病人的技术接受度,从而提高其电子健康素养水平。
Objective:To understand the level of technology acceptance and e‐health literacy in elderly patients with coronary heart disease,and explore the relationship between them.Methods:333 elderly patients admitted in 2 Shanghai tertiary grade A hospitals were investigated by demographics,Short Form Questionnaire of Senior Technology Acceptance Model and eHealth Literacy Scale from November 2021 to January 2022.Results:The eHealth literacy scored(23.35±9.85)point,and the four dimensions of technology acceptance including attitudinal beliefs,control beliefs,gerontechnology anxiety,and health scored(7.35±2.24),(6.80±1.89),(5.63±2.55)and(7.84±1.14)points.Pearson correlation analysis showed technology acceptance was correlated with eHealth literacy(P<0.05).Hierarchical regression analysis confirmed that attitudinal beliefs,control beliefs,gerontechnology anxiety,and education level were influencing factors of eHealth literacy.Conclusion:The eHealth literacy of elderly patients with coronary artery disease is at a low level.Attitudinal beliefs,control beliefs,and education level can positively predict eHealth literacy,and gerontechnology anxiety can negatively predict eHealth literacy.It is suggested that nursing staff can improve patients'eHealth literacy level by improving technology acceptance.
