辣椒素在动脉粥样硬化中的作用及研究现状

摘要 动脉粥样硬化是一种非常常见的慢性疾病,是多种心脑血管疾病发病的病理基础,病因及发病机制非常复杂,治疗较为棘手。除了从药物方面着手,近年来的多项大型流行病学调查研究发现,饮食对于动脉粥样硬化也有一定的影响。已有大量研究表明,辣椒在动脉粥样硬化中具有保护作用。本文主要综述辣椒素通过调节血脂、抗炎和抗氧化作用改善动脉粥样硬化结局的可能机制。 Atherosclerosis is a prevalent chronic disease.It is a pathological basis of a variety of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.The cause and pathogenesis are very complicated,and the treatment is challenging.In addition to the drugs,many large-scale epidemiological surveys have found that diet can also affect atherosclerosis.Many studies have shown that peppers have a protective effect on atherosclerosis.This article mainly describes the possible mechanism of how capsaicin affects the atherosclerosis process through regulating blood lipids,anti-inflammation,and anti-oxidative stress.
