特高压直流线路复合绝缘子空气中冲击击穿试验仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 空气中冲击击穿试验是复合绝缘子设计试验和抽样试验的重要试验项目,也是检验复合绝缘子产品质量的重要手段。空气中冲击击穿试验采用幅值法时,复合绝缘子电位和电场分布受到加压距离、接线方式等影响,不同试验条件下的试验考核一致性与有效性还需要进一步研究。文中建立了某型特高压直流复合绝缘子有限元模型,分别仿真了复合绝缘子上、中、下段进行不同电极距离空气中冲击击穿试验时的电位、电场分布。通过分析了芯棒、护套内部和护套表面电位、电场分布规律,发现复合绝缘子试验段上下两端最大场强会随电极轴向距离和击穿电压的增大而增大,但试验段中部更大范围内的场强会随电极轴向距离的增加而减小。经过对比分析提出复合绝缘子空气中冲击击穿试验轴向电极选取为100mm左右时,对内绝缘缺陷检验的有效性最好。 The impulse puncture test in air is not only an important test item for the design and sampling test of com-posite insulator,but also a crucial means to inspect the quality of composite insulator products.When the amplitude method is used in the impulse puncture test,the potential and electric field distributions of the composite insulator are influenced by the voltage application distance and wiring mode.Therefore,the consistency and effectiveness of the test results under different test conditions need further investigation.In this paper,the finite element model of a type of UHVDC composite insulator is set up,and the potential and electric field distribution of the upper,middle and lower sections of the composite insulator in the impulse puncture test in the air are simulated under different elec-trode distances respectively.By analyzing the potential and electric field distributions in the core rod,inside,and sur-face of the sheath,it is observed that the maximum electric field strength at the upper and lower ends of the test sec-tion increases with the increase of the axial distance of electrodes and the breakdown voltage,while the electric field strength in the middle test section decreases with the increase of axial distance of electrode.It is proposed that the in-spection effectiveness for internal insulation defect is optimal when the axial electrode is selected around 100 mm in puncture test of composite insulator in the air.
