摘要
各个时代的城乡建设都是对时代经济、社会、政治、文化等各方面诉求的响应,更新提质是对既有空间的改造,是“空间再生产”的过程,也是城乡持续发展的动力之一。在高质量发展的时代背景下,街道、绿地、河道等廊道型空间的提质更新对城乡发展有比较积极的推动作用。在此背景下,研究以廊道型空间为切入点,回顾国内外城市廊道型空间更新建设的实践,总结提出了以廊道带动沿线发展、融合双修思路、韧性化的廊道更新策略、复合功能协同提质、面向人性化需求的提质更新、全生命周期的精细化提质等廊道型空间更新提质方法,以更高效地服务城乡发展和公众利益。
Urban and rural construction in all eras has responded to the economic,social,political and cultural demands of the times,and the renewal and upgrading of the existing spaces is a process of“spatial reproduction”and also one of the driving forces for the sustainable development of urban and rural areas.In the context of high-quality development,the upgrading and renewal of corridor-type spaces,such as streets,green spaces and rivers,have a more positive effect on urban and rural development.In this context,the paper takes corridor space as an entry point,reviews the practice of the renewal and construction of urban corridor space at home and abroad,and summarizes and puts forward the renewal and quality improvement methods for corridor space,such as driving the development of the areas along the corridor,integrating the ideas of double repair,resilient corridor renewal strategies,coordinating and upgrading the compound functions,renewal and quality improvement under the orientation of humanized needs,and refine quality improvement throughout the life cycle,etc.,so as to serve urban and rural development and public interests more efficiently.
