摘要
持续性姿势性知觉性头晕(PPPD)是近些年才出现的诊断,该病的发病机制尚不明确,西医的治疗方案有限,根据其临床症状表现可归属于中医学“郁病”“眩晕”范畴。谢道俊教授认为PPPD是各种原因导致肝脾功能失调,肝失疏泄,脾失健运,水液停滞,痰湿内生,治以疏肝健脾为主,方以半夏白术天麻汤合温胆汤加减治疗,经过多年临床运用效果甚佳,且患者复发率较低。
Persistent postural perceptual dizziness(PPPD)has been diagnosed in recent years.The pathogenesis of PPPD is still unclear,and the treatment options of Western medicine are limited.According to its clinical symptoms,it can be classified into the categories of“depression”and“vertigo”in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Xie Daojun believes that PPPD is caused by liver and spleen dysfunction due to various reasons.The failure of liver to dredge and disperse and invigoration of spleen to transport can make retention of water fluid and generation of phlegm and dampness.The main treatment is soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen.The prescription is modified combination of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Wendan Decoction.After many years of clinical application,the effect is very good,and the recurrence rate of patients is low.
