摘要
基于ϕ150型、ϕ120型及ϕ90型3种挤塑机型的加热技术升级改造项目,对比了改造前铸铝加热器与改造后石英管加热器技术的优缺点,并分析了预期效益。结果表明,在满足生产工艺要求的前提下,石英管加热器技术可实现快速、高效、安全加热,节电率分别达到42%,45%,32%。
Base on the upgrading project of heating technology for three extruded modes of ϕ150,ϕ120 and ϕ90,advantages and disadvantages of cast aluminum heater before transformation and quartz heater technology after transformation were compared,and expected benefits were also analyzed.Results showed that under the premise of meeting the production process requirements,quartz heater technology could achieve fast,efficient and safe heating,and the power saving rates could reach 42%,45% and 32%,respectively.
