摘要
目的:探讨宣肺补益汤联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的效果。方法:将2021年6月—2022年6月宜春学院第二附属医院内三科收治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者作为研究对象。采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组接受西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用宣肺补益汤。比较两组的治疗效果及入院时、治疗后的中医症候评分、肺功能、血气分析指标检测结果的变化情况。结果:观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后中医症候评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1与用力肺活量(FVC)比值(FEV_(1)/FVC%)、最大呼气流量(PEF)均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))均高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宣肺补益汤联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期效果显著,能够有效改善患者的肺功能和血气分析状况。
Objective:To explore the effect of Xuanfei Buyi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases.Method:A total of 60 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Yichun University from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xuanfei Buyi Decoction on the basis of control group.The treatment effect and the changes of TCM syndrome score,pulmonary function and blood gas analysis indexes of the test results of the two groups at the time of admission and after treatment.Result:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),the ratio of FEV1 to forced vital capacity(FVC)(FEV1/FVC%)and the peak expiratory flow(PEF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))and arterial oxygen saturation(SaO_(2))in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuanfei Buyi Decoction combined with western medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,which
