摘要
为探索飞行签派理论教员课程思政能力提升路径,梳理了“立德”与“树人”的逻辑关系,研究了课程思政的职责和时代内涵,并分析了飞行签派理论教员在课程思政教学实践活动中呈现的不足之处,明确了飞行签派员理论教员课程思政教学实践活动的任务,探索了提升飞行签派理论教员课程思政教学实践活动能力的路径和方法。
In order to explore the path of improving the ideological and political education ability of flight dispatch theory instructors,this paper analyzes the logical relationship between“building moral character”and“educating people”,explores the responsibilities and contemporary connotations of ideological and political education in the curriculum,and analyzes the shortcomings of flight dispatch theory instructors in ideological and political education teaching practices.It clarifies the tasks of flight dispatch theory instructors’ideological and political education teaching practices and explores the path and methods to enhance the ability of flight dispatch theory instructors in ideological and political education teaching practices.
