摘要
为了解决船舶推进系统数据采集处理难和运维难的问题,构建了面向船舶推进系统的数字孪生系统架构,并对其关键技术-多维多尺度高保真建模技术、多源异构数据融合技术和推进系统的状态识别技术进行攻关,开发了基于数据驱动的船舶推进数字孪生系统,实现了推进系统全方面获取系统的时效信息、推进系统的运维和运行数据与管理人员的高效交互。
In order to solve the problems of data acquisition and processing,and operation and maintenance of ship electric propulsion system,a digital twin system architecture for ship electric propulsion system is built,and its key technologies-multi-dimensional multi-scale high fidelity modeling technology,multi-source heterogeneous data fusion technology and state recognition technology of electric propulsion system are tackled,and a data driven ship electric propulsion digital twin system is developed,The electric propulsion system can obtain the time effective information of the system in all aspects,the operation and maintenance of the propulsion system,and the efficient interaction between the operation data and the management personnel.
