摘要 【目的】为弥补气象探测业务因单一的探测手段和有限的气象数据造成的短板,对当下正在建设的地基遥感垂直观测系统进行研究。【方法】通过分析地基遥感垂直观测系统的构成和原理,及其在业务中的实际应用情况,探究其在气象过程研究与预警中的具体表现。【结果】地基遥感垂直观测系统的建设与使用一定程度上弥补了气象探测中的短板,无论是在日常的天气预报中,还是在特殊天气的气象探测中,都能提供丰富且准确的气象数据。【结论】地基遥感垂直观测系统为精细化天气预报和人工影响天气作业提供了强有力的支撑。 [Purposes]Taking Nanchang city as an example,this paper explored the issues of harmless,resource utilization,and reduction of urban household waste,and provided reference for promoting ecological civilization construction.[Methods]By analyzing the current situation of urban household waste treatment in Nanchang city,the problems in the entire process of household waste classification,collection,transportation,and treatment were pointed out.[Findings]There are problems in the treatment of municipal solid waste in Nanchang,such as incomplete organic linkage system,imperfect implementation supervision system,low level of resource reduction and low public participation.[Conclusions]We should strengthen planning guidance,improve supporting facilities,standard and normative systems,and strengthen publicity and guidance to improve the living environment,ensure people's health,and promote high-quality development of low-carbon economy.
