摘要
目的:研究冰冻病理技术在甲状腺肿瘤诊断中的临床价值。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年5月在贵州省六盘水市钟山区人民医院进行检查的甲状腺肿瘤患者62例作为研究对象。所有患者实施石蜡切片病理技术检查和冰冻病理技术检查。比较不同检查方法诊断结果、诊断效能、满意度。结果:冰冻病理技术准确度、特异度、灵敏度高于石蜡切片病理技术,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);冰冻病理技术患者总满意度高于石蜡切片病理技术,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论:冰冻病理技术在甲状腺肿瘤诊断中的应用效果显著,诊断效能良好,患者满意度较高,值得在临床应用并予以推广。
Objective:To study the clinical value of frozen pathology technology in the diagnosis of thyroid tumors.Methods:Sixtytwo patients with thyroid tumors who were examined in Guizhou Province Liupanshui City Zhongshan District People's Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent paraffin section pathological examination and frozen pathological examination.The diagnosis results,diagnosis efficiency and satisfaction of different examination methods were compared.Results:The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of frozen pathology technology were higher than those of paraffin section pathology technology,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of frozen pathology technology was higher than that of paraffin section pathology technology,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).Conclusion:The frozen pathology technology has remarkable application effects in the diagnosis of thyroid tumors,with good diagnostic efficiency and high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
