摘要
目的:分析缬沙坦分别联合氨氯地平与氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压的效果。方法:选取2020年4月—2022年4月惠州市博罗县人民医院收治的高血压患者50例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例。对照组采取缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗,观察组采取缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血清生化指标、血压水平及血脂指标。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027);治疗后,两组血清胱抑素、血尿酸水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗方案在降低高血压患者的血压水平以及改善其血清生化指标和血脂水平方面表现出明显的优势,治疗效果较好,临床可参考应用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine or hydrochlorothiazide in treatment of hypertension.Methods:A total of 50 hypertensive patients admitted to People's Hospital of Boluo County from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valsartan and hydrochlorothiazide,and the observation group was treated with valsartan combined with amlodipine.The treatment effect,serum biochemical indexes,blood pressure levels and blood lipid indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027);after treatment,the serum cystatin and serum uric acid levels in the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,total cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment regimen of valsartan combined with amlodipine shows obvious advantages in reducing the blood pressure levels and improving its serum biochemical indexes and blood lipid level in hypertensive patients,with better therapeutic effects,which can be referenced and used in clinical practice.
