摘要
明确了炼油厂污水处理过程中的有害因素,评价了防护设施的防护效果,为企业职业病防治的日常管理提供了科学依据。通过职业卫生学调查和有害因素检测,采用检查表和定性、定量分析法进行了综合评价。结果表明,炼油厂污水处理工程主要存在的有害因素有苯、甲苯、二甲苯、溶剂汽油、苯酚、硫化氢、氨、甲醇、其他粉尘、噪声、高温;该炼油厂有害因素检测结果符合职业接触限值要求,采取的职业病防护措施能够有效预防职业危害;炼油厂污水处理工程存在苯、氨等高风险物质,危害程度较大,且可能发生急性职业病事故,故应设置相关防护设施及个人防护用品,预防发生职业性损伤及职业病事故。
The harmful factors generated during the wastewater treatment process of refineries were clarified,the protective effect of protective facilities was evaluated,and scientific basis for the daily management of occupational disease prevention and control in enterprises was provided.Comprehensive evaluation is conducted through occupational hygiene surveys and harmful factor detection,using checklists and qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.The main harmful factors existing in the sewage treatment project of the refinery include benzene,toluene,xylene,solvent gasoline,phenol,hydrogen sulfide,ammonia,methanol,other dust,noise and high temperature.The detection results of harmful factors in the refinery meet the requirements of occupational exposure limits,and the occupational disease prevention measures taken can effectively prevent occupational hazard.There are high-risk substances such as benzene and ammonia in the wastewater treatment project of the refinery,which are highly harmful and may cause acute occupational disease accidents.Therefore,relevant protective facilities and personal protective equipment should be installed to protect against occupational disease hazards and prevent occupational injuries.
