甲减孕妇甲状腺功能变化与妊娠结局及新生儿发育的关系

摘要 目的:探讨甲减孕妇妊娠期甲状腺功能指标变化与妊娠结局及新生儿发育的关系。方法:选取132例甲状腺功能减退孕妇作为甲状腺功能减退孕妇组,并同期选取139例进行健康体检的孕妇作为健康孕妇组。对两组进行检测血清TSH、FT3、FT4水平,并分析两组妊娠结局、新生儿发育情况。结果:与健康孕妇组比,甲状腺功能减退孕妇组的血清TSH水平更高,血清FT3水平更低;与健康孕妇组的妊娠不良结局总发生率2.16%进行比较,甲状腺功能减退孕妇组的15.15%更高;与6月龄时新生儿的适应性发育商、语言发育发育商、大运动发育商、精细运动发育商、个人社交发育商进行比较,两组12月龄时均呈现升高的状态(P<0.05),但两组6月龄、12月龄的组间比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甲状腺功能减退孕妇体内的血清TSH、FT3、FT4水平异常能够导致妊娠不良结局的发生率增高,且对新生儿的生长发育具有一定的影响,因此临床通过对孕妇血清TSH、FT3、FT4水平进行检测,能够有效对甲减进行有效的辅助筛查以及干预,改善其妊娠结局,帮助促进新生儿的生长发育。
