摘要
以两座加氢站运营中产生的损耗数据为依据,对在进货交接中由于温度、气压修正系数、计量器具不准和卸气不净产生的损耗以及由于压缩机停机排空、设备密封缺陷和维修以及加氢机计量误差产生的损耗原因进行了分析,提出了降低异常损耗的对策:一是细化改善数据,降低进货损耗;二是优化工作模式,降低排空损耗;三是加强设备维保,降低泄漏损耗;四是跟踪计量误差,降低零售损耗。同时对进一步加强对加氢机的损耗管理提出了相关建议。
Based on the loss data generated during the operation of two hydrogen refueling stations,the losses caused by temperature and air pressure correction factors,inaccurate measuring instruments,and unclean gas discharge during the handover of hydrogen,as well as the causes of losses caused by compressor shutdown and emptying,equipment sealing defects and maintenance,and hydrogen refueling machine metering errors are analyzed,and the countermeasures to reduce abnormal losses are proposed,such as improving the data management to reduce incoming losses,optimizing the working mode to reduce evacuation loss,strengthening equipment maintenance to reduce leakage losses,and tracking measurement errors to reduce retail losses.At the same time,relevant suggestions are put forward for further strengthening the loss management of hydrogen dispenser.
