摘要
MR(Magneto-Rheological,磁流变)材料能够实现隔震减振支座变刚度和阻尼的性能,通过现场实测数据,建立水电站厂房网架结构计算模型及参数,计算分析现场实测振动数据和汶川地震波2种条件下MR支座的隔震减振性能。计算结果表明,该模型参数能够模拟网架实际振动情况,MR隔震减振支座能够有效降低厂房网架在泄水时的振动,在遭遇强地震时有一定的控制效果。
The MR(Magneto-Rheological)material can realize the variable stiffness and damping performance of the vibration isolation bearing.Based on the field measured data,the calculation model and parameters of the grid structure of the powerhouse of the hydropower station are established,and the vibration isolation performance of the MR bearing is calculated and analyzed under the two conditions of the field measured vibration data and the Wenchuan earthquake wave.The calculation results show that the parameters of the model can simulate the actual vibration of the space truss,and the MR isolation bearing can effectively reduce the vibration of the factory building grid during water discharge,and has a certain control effect in the event of a strong earthquake.
