公路土基回弹模量采集分析系统的构建

摘要 土基回弹模量是公路路面结构设计的基本参数,通常采用承载板法试验获得。依托清花高速公路工程,以Visual Studio.net为开发平台,Excel为数据仓库,通过对清花高速公路工程特点和土基回弹模量试验原理的分析,研发了公路土基回弹模量数据采集分析系统。该系统的测试结果显示,土基回弹模量(承载板法)试验求解过程的程序化,可有效克服手工记录分析无法及时检测数据有效性的不足,有助于及时感知试验过程中的问题,从而保证试验高效、准确地完成。同时,不同测试点位的土基回弹模量等数据统归于一个系统中保存,有助于技术人员能较全面地掌握在建工程路基的技术状况,也可为后续工程竣工的道路养护提供基础数据。实践表明,信息化技术在道路工程中的应用可大大减轻技术人员的工作强度和出错概率,提高工作效率。 The subgrade resilient modulus is a basic parameter of highway pavement structure design,which is usually obtained by bearing-plate method.Being based on Qing-hua Expressway Project,with Visual Studio.net as the development platform and Excel as the data warehouse,through analysis on the engineering characteristics of Qing-hua Expressway and testing principle of subgrade resilient modulus,a data collection and analysis system of highway subgrade resilient modulus has been developed.The test results of the system have shown that the programming of the test solution process of subgrade resilient modulus(bearing-plate method)can effectively overcome the shortage of manual recording and analysis that cannot detect the validity of the data in time,and help perceive the problems in the test process in time,so as to ensure that the test could be completed efficiently and accurately.At the same time,the data such as the modulus of resilience of soil foundation at different test points have beenstored in one system,which canhelp technicians to have a more comprehensive grasp of the technical status of the subgrade under construction,and canalso provide basic data for subsequent road maintenance.Engineering practice has shown that the application of information technology in road engineering can greatly reduce work intensity and error probability of technicians,thereby improving work efficiency.
