摘要
目的分析标准化手术护理配合流程在腹腔镜减重手术中的应用效果。方法纳入2020年9月至2021年8月在厦门大学第一附属医院行腹腔镜减重手术的患者104例设为对照组,行围手术期常规护理。纳入2021年9月至2022年8月行腹腔镜减重手术的104例患者设为观察组,在围手术期常规护理基础上,采用标准化手术护理配合流程对术中实施护理。比较两组患者手术耗时、术中出血量、术中护理不良事件发生率;在不同护理模式下,比较两组手术医师对术中医护配合的满意度,及手术护士对护理岗位的满意度,比较两组患者围手术期并发症发生率。结果观察组患者手术耗时短于对照组,术中出血量低于对照组,手术护理不良事件率低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组手术医师对术中医护配合总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术护士对岗位总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者围手术期并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜减重手术中实施标准化手术护理配合流程,降低手术护理不良事件率,提高手术医师对医护配合的满意率,降低患者围手术期并发症发生率;标准化手术护理配合流程是提升腹腔镜减重手术质量及安全性的手术护理方案。
Objective To analyze the application effect of standardized surgical nursing cooperation process in laparoscopic weight loss surgery.Methods A total of 104 patients who underwent laparoscopic weight loss surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from September 2020 to August 2021 were included as the control group,and perioperative routine care was performed.104 patients who underwent laparoscopic weight loss surgery from September 2021 to August 2022 were included as the observation group,and on the basis of perioperative routine care,standardized surgical care coordination process was adopted to implement intraoperative care.Comparison of the two groups of patients'surgical time consumption,intraoperative bleeding,and the incidence of intraoperative nursing adverse events;under different nursing modes,comparison of the two groups of surgeons'satisfaction with intraoperative medical and nursing cooperation,and surgical nurses'satisfaction with the nursing position,and comparison of the incidence of perioperative complications in the two groups of patients.Results Patients in the observation group had shorter operation time than the control group,lower intraoperative bleeding than the control group,and lower rate of adverse events in surgical care than the control group(all P<0.05);surgeons in the observation group had higher total satisfaction with intraoperative medical and nursing cooperation than the control group(P<0.05);surgical nurses in the observation group had higher total satisfaction with their positions than the control group(P<0.05);and the incidence rate of perioperative complications in patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of a standardized surgical care coordination process in laparoscopic bariatric surgery can reduce the rate of adverse events in surgical nursing,improve the surgeon's satisfaction rate of medical and nursing cooperation,and reduce the incidence of perioperative
