摘要
呼吸内镜技术在呼吸疑难危重症诊治领域中的重要性越来越得到重视,呼吸内镜专科化培训在PCCM培养过程中具有重要地位。气道介入诊治属于呼吸内镜技术中起点较高、掌握难度更大、专科性更强的领域,如何在PCCM专科医师培训阶段突出重点,使每一名PCCM学员均能够在培养后成为合格的呼吸专科医师是临床教学的主要目标。通过总结科室多年来在呼吸内镜专科医师培训过程中的教学体会,从临床思维、专业知识、操作技能、人文沟通、分层递进和医学科研等方面,探讨了PCCM呼吸内镜专科规范化培训的思路和做法,以期能够协助提高PCCM专科化培训的教学效果和学员素养。
The importance of respiratory endoscopy technology in the diagnosis and treatment of difficult and critical respiratory diseases is increasingly being valued,and specialized training in respiratory endoscopy plays an important role in the cultivation process of PCCM.Airway intervention diagnosis and treatment belongs to the field of respiratory endoscopy technology,which has a higher starting point,greater difficulty in mastering,and stronger specialization.The main goal of clinical teaching is to highlight the key points in the training phase of PCCM specialists,so that every PCCM student can become a qualified respiratory specialist after training.The article summarizes the teaching experience of the department in the training process of respiratory endoscopy specialists over the years.From the aspects of clinical thinking,professional knowledge,operational skills,humanistic communication,hierarchical progression,and medical research,it explores the ideas and practices of PCCM respiratory endoscopy specialized training,in order to help improve the teaching effect and student literacy of PCCM specialized training.
