摘要
针对碳纤维复丝力学性能测试中试样制作方法,包括加捻与捻度、张力控制和加强片粘贴等进行研究,指出试样制作方法对性能测试有重要影响。为保证碳纤维复丝性能测试的真实可靠,在试验标准中必须对试样制作方法有明确规定。
This article focuses on the method of specimen preparing in the mechanical performance testing of carbon fiber multifilament,including carbon fiber twisting and twisting degree of carbon fiber,tension control,and reinforcement plate bonding.It is pointed out that the specimen preparing method has a great influence in performance testing.In order to ensure the authenticity and reliability of carbon fiber multifilament performance testing,there must be clear provisions for the specimen preparing method in the test standards.
