玻璃钢艇体外板抗低速冲击铺层选优 被引量:1

Optimal Selection of Fiber Layer for Low-velocity Impact Performance of FRP Shell Plating

摘要 针对某75 ft玻璃钢游艇艇体外板,设计20种不同的铺层方案,采用手糊湿法工艺制备试件,按照ASTM D7136标准进行落锤冲击试验,基于ANSYS Workbench的ACP模块和LS-DYNA模块,采用多点约束方法建立艇体外板在低速冲击下的多尺度有限元模型,通过试验与数值模拟相结合的方法,分析铺层参数对艇体外板抗低速冲击性能的影响,结果表明,低能量冲击时铺层顺序对冲击能量的耗散有较大影响,损伤形式主要以基体开裂和分层损伤为主,沿冲击方向离冲头越远,分层损伤面积越大,呈椭圆形分布且沿纤维方向扩张,合理设计铺层顺序和铺设角度,可有效提升艇体外板的抗冲击性能。 Taking the shell plating of a 75 ft FRP Yacht as the research object,20 different layer schemes were designed.The test plates were prepared by hand lay-up wet process to carry out he drop weight impact test according to ASTM D7136 standard.Based on the ACP and LS-DYNA module of ANSYS Workbench,a multi-scale FE model for low-velocity impact simulation of shell plating was established by using multi-point constraint method.The effects of lamination parameters on the low-velocity impact properties of shell plating were studied by means of experiment and numerical simulation.The results showed that the stacking sequence has a great influence on the dissipation of impact energy during low-energy impact;the main damage forms are matrix cracking and delamination damage;the farther away from the punch along the impact direction,the larger the delamination area,which is elliptical distribution and expands along the fiber direction.Reasonable design of stacking sequence and layer angle can effectively improve the impact resistance of shell plating.
