摘要
为解决安装在海洋钻井平台上的防喷器(BOP)移运系统提升能力不足的问题,在没有整体更换设备的情况下,通过研究分析其原有设计规则的差异,设计并安装了一个新的次级张力系统(STU),使之与原有BOP移运系统协调操作,有效地解决了钻井平台上原有BOP移运系统存在的主要缺陷,实际使用效果良好。作为张紧BOP组使用的次级张紧系统(STU),通过其功能拓展,在一些特殊作业情况下可以发挥更加重要的作用。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient lifting capacity of the blowout preventer(BOP)handling system installed on rig,In the case of no overall replacement of the device,the differences of its original design rules were studied and analyzed.A new secondary tension unit(STU)was designed and installed,and the operation was coordinated with the original BOP handling system.It effectively solves the major defect of the original BOP handling system and the actual use effect is good.Generally used as a device for tensioning BOPs,the STU can play a more important role in some special operational situations through its functional expansion.
