摘要
随着城市化进程的加速和人口增加,资源与环境失衡等问题突出,为合理规划土地资源、保护生态环境以及促进可持续发展,对国土空间开发区进行资源环境承载力评价及开发适宜性评价显得尤为重要。本研究以凭祥市为例,基于资源环境承载能力和国土空间开发适宜性评价(“双评价”)技术指南,以GIS技术为支撑手段,构建差异化的评价指标体系,实现网格尺度的双评价,并将“双评价”结果应用于三类空间的划分,从而构建农业、生态、城镇空间的“一张图”。结果表明:凭祥市生态保护空间、农业生产空间以及城镇建设空间占区域总面积的比例可看出整个凭祥市以生态保护空间为主。
With the acceleration of urbanization and the increase of population,the imbalance between resources and environment and other prominent problems,it is particularly important to reasonably plan land resources,protect ecological environment and promote sustainable development,it is particularly important to evaluate the resource and environmental carrying capacity and development suitability of territorial space development zones.This study in Pingxiang city,for example,based on the resources and environment carrying capacity and national spatial development suitability evaluation("double evaluation")technical guide,supported with GIS technology,build differentiation evaluation index system,realize the grid scale double evaluation,and the"double evaluation"results applied to the division of three types of space,to build agriculture,ecology,urban space"a map".The results show that the proportion of ecological protection space,agricultural production space and urban construction space in the total area can be seen that the whole Pingxiang city is dominated by ecological protection space.
