摘要
在数字经济背景下,江苏省制造业“智改数转”是推动建设“强富美高”新江苏的现实路径。江苏制造业“智改数转”过程中存在龙头企业不多、数字技术创新能力较弱、数字应用场景不广、中小企业动力不足、营商环境不佳等问题。对此,需要科学统筹,夯实产业基础,强化智力支撑,释放转型活力,增强转型动力。
In the context of the digital economy,the“intelligent transformation and digital transformation”of the manufacturing industry in Jiangsu Province is a practical path to promote the construction of a“strong,rich,beautiful,high”new Jiangsu.In the process of“intelligent transformation and digital transformation”in Jiangsu s manufacturing industry,there are problems such as a small team of leading enterprises,weak digital technology innovation capabilities,limited digital application scenarios,insufficient motivation for small and medium-sized enterprises,and poor business environment.In this regard,it is necessary to scientifically coordinate,consolidate the industrial foundation,strengthen talent support,enhance transformation momentum,and release transformation vitality.
