摘要
通过对快开盲板的应用场合和结构特点介绍,以锁环式快开盲板为例进行有限元分析,求得设计载荷下的应力状态,对10条危险路径进行强度评定并进行了疲劳评定、水压试验工况下应力校核以及密封性能评定,结果表明,该锁环式快开盲板在设计条件下满足强度要求和疲劳要求,在水压试验工况下满足强度要求和密封要求。同时对锁环式快开盲板的材料选择、密封结构选择,设计计算注意事项等方面提出建议,为快开盲板的结构优化、定期检验维护等提供了参考。
The application and structural characters of the quick opening blind plate is introduced as below,and finite element analysis is carried out by taking lock-ring type quick open blind plate as an example,stress states bearing design loads are obtained and strength of ten critical paths is evaluated.At the same time,fatigue evaluation,stress checking under hydraulic test and seal performance are all carried out.Above results show that this lock-ring type blind plate meets requirements of strength and fatigue under design conditions,strength requirements during hydraulic test and sealing requirement.Also,materials selection of this lock-ring type blind plate,sealing structural,design calculation notes are all suggested,providing some reference for structural optimization and periodic inspection or preventive maintenance of this type quick open blind plate.
