摘要
目的探究分级化疼痛护理在急性胰腺炎生大黄灌肠治疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取江苏省如皋市中医院2019年1月至2022年1月脾胃病科收治的92例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为参照组和干预组,各46例。两组均给予生大黄灌肠治疗,参照组实施常规康复护理措施,干预组在参照组的基础上实施分级化疼痛护理措施,于入院1 d、干预7 d对两组心理弹性水平、胃肠道功能恢复、并发症等变化情况进行比较。结果干预7 d后,两组力量、乐观、韧性等心理弹性得分高于干预前,且干预组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组腹胀消失、腹痛消失、排气恢复、肠鸣音恢复、排便等时间短于参照组(P<0.05);干预组并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对急性胰腺炎生大黄灌肠治疗患者中实施分级化疼痛护理措施,有利于提升患者心理抗压能力,改善胃肠道各项功能指标,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of graded pain nursing in patients with acute pancreatitis treated with raw rhubarb enema.Methods A total of 92 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to the Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases,Rugao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Jiangsu Province from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,according to random number table method,they were divided into reference group and intervention group,with 46 cases in each group.Both groups were given raw rhubarb enema treatment,the reference group was given routine rehabilitation nursing measures,and the intervention group was given graded pain nursing measures on the basis of the reference group,after one day of admission and seven days of intervention,the changes of mental resilience,gastrointestinal function recovery and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After seven days of intervention,the scores of strength,optimism,resilience,and other psychological resilience in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those of the intervention group were higher than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the time of abdominal distension,abdominal pain,exhaust gas recovery,bowel sound recovery,and defecation in the intervention group were shorter than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant;the total complication rate in the intervention group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of graded pain nursing measures in patients with acute pancreatitis treated with raw rhubarb enema is conducive to improving patients’psychological anti-pressure ability,improving gastrointestinal functional indexes and reducing the incidence of complications.
