摘要
目的探讨“互联网+护理服务”在脑梗死患者居家护理中的应用。方法采用简单抽样法随机抽取2020年3月至2022年5月江苏省南通市第六人民医院收治的脑梗死患者94例,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组实施常规居家护理,观察组实施“互联网+护理服务”模式。观察比较两组护理前后护理质量、神经功能和生存质量。结果护理后,两组延续护理测评量表总分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表总分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组生命质量测定量表总分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在脑梗死患者居家期间开展“互联网+护理服务”模式,能有效提高居家护理服务质量和改善预后。
Objective To explore the application of“internet+nursing service”in home nursing of cerebral infarction patients.Methods A total of 94 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Sixth People’s Hospital of Nantong from March 2020 to May 2022 were randomly selected by simple sampling method,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine home nursing,and the observation group implemented“internet+nursing service”mode.The nursing quality,neurological function,and quality of life before and after nursing were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the total scores of continuing nursing scale in both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than control group,(P<0.05).After nursing,the total score of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in both groups was lower than that before intervention,and the observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the total score of quality of life measurement scale in two groups was higher than that before nursing,and the observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out“internet+nursing service”mode during the period of cerebral infarction patients at home can effectively improve the quality of home nursing service and improve the prognosis.
