摘要
目的探讨血常规检验辅助以C反应蛋白与降钙素原检测鉴别儿童传染性单核细胞增多症与化脓性扁桃体炎的诊断价值。方法选取2018年1月至2021年1月泉州市第一医院接收的80例患儿作为研究对象,其中40例传染性单核细胞增多症患儿为甲组,40例化脓性扁桃体炎患儿为乙组。两组均接受血常规检验、降钙素原检测和C反应蛋白检测,比较两组血常规检测结果、降钙素原和C反应蛋白水平。结果甲组血红蛋白高于乙组,白细胞计数、中性粒细胞、血小板计数少于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组降钙素原与C反应蛋白水平均低于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血常规检验联合C反应蛋白、降钙素原在儿童传染性单核细胞增多症与化脓性扁桃体炎鉴别诊断中应用效果明显,上述指标可为疾病诊断和治疗提供数据参考,以便患儿及早恢复健康,提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of routine blood test assisted by C-reactive protein and procalcitonin detection in differentiating infectious mononucleosis and suppurative tonsillitis in children.Methods 80 children admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,including 40 children with infectious mononucleosis in the group A and 40 children with suppurative tonsillitis in the group B.The blood routine test,procalcitonin detection and C-reactive protein detection were performed between the two groups,the blood routine test results,procalcitonin detection and C-reactive protein level were compared between the two groups.Results The hemoglobin in the group A was higher than that in the group B,and the white blood cell count,neutrophil and platelet count were lower than those in the group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in the group A were lower than those in the group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of routine blood test combined with Creactive protein and procalcitonin is effective in the differential diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis and suppurative tonsillitis in children.The above indexes can provide data reference for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases,so as to restore the health of children as early as possible and improve the therapeutic effect.
