实木桌面防变形结构解析与设计实证

摘要 木材的干缩湿胀和各向异性带来了实木桌面的变形问题。学术界和家具市场对此提供了若干解决方案。本文对这些方案进行统计、解析和实测,横向对比了各方案的优势和不足,并总结了该方向的发展趋势。此外,基于顺应横向胀缩和抑制厚度方向变形的设计理念,提出了一套新的解决方案,并进行了实际验证。结果表明,桌面在验证周期内并未发生明显变形,证明了该方案的合理性。 The hygroexpansion and anisotropic characteristics of wood lead to the deformation of solid wood desktop.Currently,several solutions have been provided by the academic community and furniture market.In this paper,these solutions were counted,analyzed and measured.The advantages and disadvantages of those solutions were horizontally compared.The development trend in this direction was also summarized.Moreover,based on the design concept of adapting to horizontal expansion and shrinkage and suppressing deformation in the direction of thickness,a set of new solutions was proposed and actually verified.The results showed that the desktop did not have obvious deformation in the validation cycle and the design of the solution was relatively reasonable.
