摘要
大学生职业技能竞赛作为“赛教融合”“以赛促学”的重要抓手,以其基于真实工作流程设计、实操性强、教学效率高、能够激发学生兴趣等特点受到了教育界的广泛关注,跨境电商作为一门强调实践的课程,其技能竞赛更是具有重要作用。文章从跨境电商技能竞赛参赛者的现状和满意度调查研究出发,分析跨境电商技能竞赛的效果和存在的问题,提出改善策略,以期充分发挥技能竞赛对人才培养的推进作用。
As an important starting point of"integration of competition and teaching"and"promoting learning through competition",college students'vocational skills competition has attracted wide attention from the educational circle due to its features such as design based on real workflow,strong practical operation,high teaching efficiency,and ability to stimulate students'interest.Cross-border e-commerce courses attach great importance to practical operation,and its skills competition plays an important role.Based on the research on the current situation and satisfaction of the participants of the cross-border e-commerce skills competition,this paper analyzes the effect and existing problems of the cross-border e-commerce skills competition,and puts forward improvement strategies in order to give full play to the role of the skills competition in promoting talent training.
