摘要
在全面深化改革的背景下,高校纪检监察工作面临新问题,加强纪检监察干部培训、提升纪检监察干部能力成为一种必然要求。针对培训供给与需求结构性错位问题提出“适切性培训”的理念。聚焦高校纪检监察干部的实际需求,通过优化培训内容实现精准供给;依据高校纪检监察干部的接受程度,通过创新培训方式实现优质供给;注重高校纪检监察干部的培训反馈,通过完善考核评价实现有效供给。
Under the background of deepening reform comprehensively in colleges,discipline inspecting and supervising work is facing new problems.It has become an inevitable requirement for discipline inspecting and supervising cadres to strengthen the training and improve ability.In view of the structural dislocation of training supply and demand,this paper proposes the concept of"relevant training"based on supply side,which include focusing on the actual needs of discipline inspecting and supervising cadres in colleges,and realizing accurate supply by optimizing the training contents,According to the acceptance degree of discipline inspecting and supervising cadres in colleges,high-quality supply is realized through innovating training methods to achieve.Attention should be paid to the training feedback of discipline realizing in colleges,and effective supply is realized through improving assessment and evaluation.
