柞蚕5龄幼虫主要营养成分含量及相关酶活性测定

摘要 为研究抗大、9906、辽蚕582和辽蚕988柞蚕品种5龄幼虫不同生长期体内主要营养成分及相关酶活性变化,测定并比较了4个柞蚕品种5龄幼虫生长第2天、第7天、第14天和营茧第3天体内总蛋白、糖原、海藻糖及溶菌酶、脂肪酶、抗氧化酶(超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)等含量及活性。结果表明,柞蚕5龄幼虫体内均含有总蛋白、糖原、海藻糖及溶菌酶、脂肪酶、抗氧化酶等生物活性物质,同一品种各生长期体内总蛋白、糖原、海藻糖及溶菌酶、脂肪酶等生物活性物质差异显著,并且4个柞蚕品种5龄幼虫体内抗氧化酶活性水平较高。研究结果为柞蚕资源进一步开发利用提供了理论依据。 This study was conducted to investigate the variations of main nutritional composition and enzyme activity in the 5th instar larva of Antheraea pernyi in 4 varieties,namely Kangda,9906,Liaocan 582,and Liaocan 988 in different developmental periods.The content and activity of the total protein,glycogen,trehalose,lysozyme,lipase and the an⁃tioxidant enzymes(superoxide dismutase,catalase,peroxidase,and glutathione peroxidase)in the 5th instar larvae of four Antheraea pernyi varieties at day 2,7,14 of growth and day 3 after cocooning were measured and evaluated.The results showed that the biochemical substances,including the total protein,glycogen,trehalose,lysozyme,lipase and the antioxidant enzymes,had been found in all the 5th instar larvae.There were significant differences in bioactive sub⁃stances such as total protein,glycogen,trehalose,lysozyme and lipase at different developmental stages of the same variety.In addition,the higher levels of the antioxidant enzyme activity were observed in the 5th instar larvae of the four varieties.This study may provide a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of tussah resources.
