摘要
为了科学准确评价海洋能发电装置电能质量特性,在传统单项指标评价方法的基础上,提出雷达图法的综合评价方法,并从指标的表现形式、赋权方法和等级划分3个方面做出改进,以更加全面、合理、直观地反映海洋能发电装置电能质量的整体情况。以波浪能发电装置现场测试数据为依据,计算分析该装置的电能质量整体情况,所得结果具有唯一性,并与传统雷达图法的评价结果相比较,验证了该方法的实用性和科学性。
In order to scientifically and accurately evaluate the power quality characteristics of ocean power generation,based on the traditional single index evaluation method,this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method of the radar chart,and improves the three aspects of expression,index empowerment and classification,which makes it more comprehensive,reasonable and intuitive to reflect the overall situation of power quality.Based on the field test data of wave energy convert,the overall power quality of the device is calculated and analyzed,and the result is unique.Compared with the evaluation results of the traditional radar chart method,the practicability and scientificity of the method are verified.
