摘要
以鲜食玉米主导品种农科玉(NKY368)与农科糯(NKN336)为研究对象,开展基于称重式蒸渗仪的不同品种鲜食玉米耗水特征研究。结果表明,NKN336全生育期耗水量为358.99mm,日均耗水量为4.79mm/d,作物系数为0.272~1.611;NKY368全生育期耗水量为370.88mm,日均耗水量为4.95mm/d,作物系数变化范围为0.269~1.559。NKY368与NKN336均在抽雄吐丝期达到耗水高峰,耗水模数占比在52%左右。通过分析农田气象因素发现,太阳辐射、空气湿度与风速是影响鲜食玉米耗水的关键因素。综合产量、水分生产效率和品质多因素评价,NKN336产量、水分生产效率分别为9052.80kg/hm^(2)、2.52kg/m^(3),子粒中含有更高的可溶性总糖、可溶性蛋白及还原型VC。
This paper investigated the water consumption characteristics of different varieties of fresh corn,with NKY368 and NKN336 as the dominant varieties,based on weighing lysimeter.The results showed that the water consumption of NKN336 in the whole growth period was 358.99 mm,the average daily water consumption was 4.79 mm/d,and the crop coefficient was 0.272-1.611.The water consumption of NKY368 in the whole growth period was 370.88 mm,the daily average water consumption was 4.95 mm/d,and the variation range of crop coefficient was 0.269-1.559.The water consumption of different varieties of fresh corn reached the peak at the stage of tasseling and silking,and the water consumption modulus in this growth period accounted for about 52%.Through analyzing meteorological factors in the farmland,it was found that solar radiation,air humidity and wind speed were the key factors that affecting the water consumption of fresh corn.According to the multi factor evaluation of yield,water production efficiency and quality,the yield and water production efficiency of NKN336 were 9052.80 kg/ha and 2.52 kg/m^(3)respectively,and the grains contained higher soluble total sugar,soluble protein,and reduced VC.
