摘要
国家储备林建设是维护木材安全和生态安全的战略工程。本文重点剖析A省国家储备林建设项目创新模式和经验启示,并提出开发性金融支持国家储备林建设的优化策略,包括:深化政金企合作,破解项目融资难题;提升盈利能力,丰富信用担保资源;拓展融资渠道,创新金融产品服务;完善保障体系,提升金融生态环境,以期为其他地区国家储备林建设项目推进提供参考。
The construction of national reserve forest is a strategic project to maintain wood safety and ecological safety.This paper focuses on the analysis of the innovation model and experience enlightenment of the national reserve forest construction project in A province,and puts forward the optimization strategy of development finance supporting the national reserve forest construction,including:deepening the cooperation between government,finance and enterprises,and solving the project financing problem;Improve profitability and enrich credit guarantee resources;Expand financing channels and innovate financial products and services;Improve the security system and enhance the financial ecological environment,in order to provide reference for the promotion of national reserve forest construction projects in other regions.
